A medical / mental health report shall be filled out by your doctor (not older than 3 months when you apply).
What medication do you take and will you have meds with you when you come to New Zealand? Is there anything we or your host family should know?

Fluency levels are divided into: Low (L), Beginner (B), Sufficient (S), Good (G), Advanced (A), Fluent (F)
A copy of your licence as well as an authorised translation in English or an international licence is a requirement for your application.
